Job summary

Terminix in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell pest management services to residential customers and protect homes and families. You will assess needs on-site, consult with customers, and leverage our industry-leading solutions for effective outcomes.

You will collaborate with internal teams, develop proposals, and use the CRM to track opportunities and performance while delivering high-quality service with integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Experience or training in sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes and sell pest control solutions and maintenance for residential customers.
• Collaborate with the Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Develop proposals with the Branch Manager to address pest issues and upsell services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM to map customer home and potential challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge during new service installations to ensure quality work.
• Record daily activities and sales performance in the company CRM.
