Job summary

Terminix is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell pest management services to residential customers, acting as the face of the national brand in local communities. You will assess customer needs, provide expert product knowledge, and develop solutions to protect homes and families.

The role emphasizes customer service, sales growth, and collaboration with service teams. This field-based position requires physical activity and a valid driver’s license, with benefits starting promptly for FT

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
Prefer 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.

Responsibilities

Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions and maintenance.
Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
Develop proposals with Branch Manager to resolve pest issues and upsell services.
Complete home diagram in Sales CRM for clear understanding of customers’ homes and challenges.
Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure satisfactory completion.
Log daily activities and sales performance in the Sales CRM.
