Job summary

Corky’s Pest Control is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to sell pest management services to residential and commercial clients. You’ll travel locally, build relationships, and identify revenue opportunities with a focus on the Orange County and Los Angeles regions.

You’ll collaborate with Customer Service, Inside Sales, and Technicians; you’ll develop proposals, follow up on leads, and educate clients on our solutions while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is required.
• Understanding of pest control regulations and practices.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Present sales estimates and offers to potential customers.
• Complete sales duties, including inspections and follow-ups.
• Inspect homes for pests and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with our Customer Service Center, Inside Sales team, and Technicians.
• Work with the Branch Manager to identify revenue opportunities.
• Create proposals addressing pest issues and suggest additional services.
• Follow up on past proposals to secure sales.
• Seek and secure new commercial and B2B clients.
• Develop strategic plans to target key markets and achieve sales goals.
• Build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Track and report sales activities and client interactions.
• Educate clients on our products and services.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Travel locally within your territory.
