Job summary

Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join its Commercial sales team. You’ll leverage a strong training program, industry leadership, and a compelling compensation package to expand pest control services across multiple industries.

The role emphasizes safety, integrity, and customer-focused problem solving. Expect to build trusted relationships with customers, meet sales targets, and use company tools and a vehicle to support field activities.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required!! Sales experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to various industries
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests and ensure safety and regulatory standards
• Solve problems and build trusted relationships as a partner protecting their business
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads
• Use provided tools to prepare sales agreements and stay organized
