Job Title: Pest Control Technician

Join Our Team at Corky’s Pest Control, a leading pest control provider in Southern California since 1967.

Position Overview

Technicians report to a Service Manager or Field Supervisor and provide essential pest control services, building long‑term relationships with customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Travel to appointments and assess pest issues.
• Implement specialized treatment plans.
• Recommend actions to prevent future problems.
• Provide extraordinary customer service and communicate professionally.
• Perform physical labor, use a variety of tools/equipment, and maintain proper safety guidelines.
• Drive a company vehicle safely and manage services using a handheld device.
• Read and follow labels and SDS forms for hazardous chemicals.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and keep current on product offerings.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Availability for at least 40 hours a week, including some weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain a pest control license within 90 days of hire.
• Physical ability to move up to 50 pounds, navigate stairs/ladders, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $20‑$25 per hour, depending on license and experience. Schedule: 40‑hour work week, Monday‑Friday 7:30AM–5PM, with optional Saturday work.
