Job summary

Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to promote products and services to diverse industries. You will understand offerings, build relationships, and close deals to help prevent pests while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You'll receive award-winning training, a company vehicle after training, a base salary with commissions, and opportunities for leadership and advancement within a mission-driven company.

Qualifications

• No industry experience required; strong training provided.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and sell to various industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to prevent pests, uphold quality and safety, and satisfy regulatory standards.
• Prospect new business, nurture leads, and achieve sales goals.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Inspect interior/exterior of commercial properties and present solutions.
