Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact and face of Corky’s Pest Control for customers.
• Provide outstanding customer service in a timely, upbeat, and friendly manner.
• Assist customers with scheduling appointments and general billing questions; provide a great overall experience.
• Answer questions, de-escalate issues, and route inquiries to the proper department.
