Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell industry-leading pest management services to residential customers. You will be the face of our national brand locally, assessing customer needs and creating solutions to protect homes and families.

This full-time role emphasizes client-focused service, collaboration with internal teams, and ongoing sales activities using our CRM tools. High school diploma, valid license, and sales/customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Travel up to 100% within assigned territories.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to create opportunities.
• Develop proposals with Branch Manager to address pest issues and upsell services.
• Complete home diagrams using Sales CRM for clear understanding of customer properties.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to support service installations and ensure satisfactory completion.
• Maintain daily activities and sales performance in the Sales CRM.
