Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell pest management services to residential customers while delivering customer-focused service that protects homes and families. You will assess customer needs, present solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to close deals.

The role requires high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and 1–2 years of sales or pest-industry experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license from your state of residence.
• Prefer at least 1-2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control solutions to new and existing residential customers.
• Visually inspect homes for pests and entry points and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and upsell services.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
