Job summary

Rentokil North America is hiring Pest Control Consultants to sell pest management services to residential customers. You will assess homes, present pest control solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to maximize opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer at least 1-2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control solutions to new and existing residential customers.
• Visually inspect homes for pests and entry points and assess needs.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Inside Sales, and Technicians to identify opportunities.
• Develop proposals for customers to resolve issues and upsell services.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales and provide CRM inputs.
• Provide knowledge to support installations and ensure customer satisfaction.
