Job summary

Rentokil North America in Waterbury, CT is hiring a Pest Control Consultant to sell our pest management services to residential customers. You’ll be the face of our national brand in your local community, assessing customer needs and delivering effective solutions while upholding a strong focus on service.

This role offers a base pay plus uncapped commissions with on-target earnings of $70,000+ and top earners over $100,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and entry points.
• Sell pest control solutions and preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Develop proposals for customers to resolve pest issues and enhancements.
• Complete home diagrams and update CRM for opportunities.
• Follow up on proposals to close sales.
