Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell residential pest-management services while delivering exceptional customer service. You will act as the face of our national brand in your local community and assess customer needs to tailor pest control solutions.

Responsibilities include on-site inspections, developing proposals, collaborating with support teams, and using the Sales CRM to track activities and outcomes. Travel across territories is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills; related sales experience preferred.
• 1–2 years pest technician or sales experience recommended.
• Travel up to 100% within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions and maintenance to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Develop proposals with Branch Manager to expand revenue and services.
• Complete Home diagrams using Sales CRM for clear client understanding.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain daily activity and sales performance in the Sales CRM.
