Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a driven Pest Control Consultant to sell our pest management services to residential customers. You will represent our national brand locally, assess customer needs, and tailor solutions to protect homes and families.

You will collaborate with the Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to maximize opportunities, while managing CRM-driven activity and proposals. Travel within your territory is required.

Qualifications

• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills are essential.
• Prefer at least 1-2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control solutions to residential customers and provide preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to grow opportunities.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and propose enhancements to pest household services.
• Complete Home diagrams using Sales CRM to map customer home and challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Record daily activities and sales performance in Sales CRM.
