Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Pest Control Consultant in New Jersey to sell our industry-leading pest management services to residential customers while delivering exemplary service.

You will be the face of our national brand in your local community, assessing customer needs and presenting solutions to protect homes and families. Ideal candidates have strong sales and communication skills, 1–2 years in pest control or sales, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer at least 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and propose enhancements to services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM and share for clarity.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge for service installations to ensure satisfaction.
• Record daily activities and sales performance in Sales CRM.
