Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell our industry-leading pest management services to residential customers while maintaining exceptional customer service. You will be the face of the national brand in the local community, assessing customer needs and delivering tailored pest control solutions.

The role requires inspecting homes, proposing maintenance plans, coordinating with service teams, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills; sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to identify opportunities.
• Develop proposals with Branch Manager to drive revenue and service enhancements.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM to map customer home and challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure quality work.
• Maintain daily activity and sales performance in the Sales CRM.
