Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Pest Control Consultant in New Jersey to sell pest management services to residential customers, acting as the face of the national brand in the local community.

You will assess needs, consult customers, and close solutions using expert knowledge of our products and services. Core duties include field sales, collaboration with service and sales teams, and providing expert guidance on installations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license; company vehicle provided.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills; sales experience preferred.
• 1-2 years pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Develop proposals with Branch Manager to resolve pest issues and upsell services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM for clear understanding of customer home.
