Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Taking inbound and outbound calls with our current customer base to assist with inquiries about accounts and services.
• Actively listen to customers and provide world-class customer advocacy in every interaction.
• Leave detailed notes about all interactions to help future calls.
• Collaborate with team members, leadership, and other departments to address customer concerns.
• Experience in call centers, retail, or similar environments is encouraged.
