Overview

In a Customer Support position, you will be providing support to our pest control customers. You will work with customers to resolve any of their pest concerns, build relationships, schedule and reschedule services, and answer questions. You will communicate and collaborate with other departments to help best assist our customers.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

You will be taking inbound and outbound calls with our current customer base to assist with any inquiries they have about their accounts, their services, and any other questions or concerns they have. You will actively listen to customers and provide world-class level customer advocacy in every interaction. You will leave detailed notes about all interactions with customers to better help future customer calls. You will communicate and collaborate with team members, leadership, and other departments to best help address customer concerns. We are looking for someone comfortable talking to people, so if you have experience working with customers whether it has been in a call center setting, retail, food, etc., we strongly encourage you to apply!

• Experience in the commercial realm and working with other businesses.
• Pest control knowledge and experience using FieldRoutes.

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

• This is an in-office position and requires working from our Orem, UT corporate office.
