Qualifications

• Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and follow through.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to schedule, confirm and follow up on service appointments.
• Navigate Windows-based and Web-based systems to track routes and optimize schedules.
• Schedule appointments for technicians to minimize drive time and reroute as needed.
• Identify customer concerns and evaluate needs through active listening.
• Maintain customer database with accurate information and call outcomes.
• Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours.
• Participate in quality assurance processes and initiatives.
• Safeguard customer privacy and proprietary information.
