Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to grow residential pest control sales while delivering excellent customer service. You will inspect homes for pests, understand customer needs, and sell our pest management solutions.

You’ll work closely with local teams to develop proposals, close opportunities, and ensure installations meet customer expectations. This role requires travel and a valid driver’s license, with benefits starting on day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills; related sales experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for increased opportunities.
• Develop proposals for customers to resolve pest issues and propose additional enhancements to services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM and share for clear understanding of customer home and challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
