Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell our industry-leading pest management services to residential customers. You will assess homes, propose effective solutions, and work with internal teams to close opportunities across your territory.

You will collaborate with Customer Service, Inside Sales, and Technicians to maximize revenue. A valid driver's license, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel up to 100% are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and pest harborage; sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to increase opportunities.
• Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams and engage service specialists.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and propose enhancements to household services.
• Complete Home diagrams in the Sales CRM and ensure clear understanding of the home and challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
