Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to grow our commercial pest management portfolio. You will prospect, cold-call, and network to generate new business while maintaining exceptional customer service and a focus on securing long-term contracts across hospitality, food service, healthcare, and retail segments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A valid driver's license from your state of residence.
• Two years B2B sales experience preferred; prospecting skills valued.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and assess pest harborage and entries; sell pest control solutions.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn Rentokil programs, policies, pricing, and service offerings to upsell solutions.
• Build partnerships with internal departments to maximize growth and service delivery.
• Complete daily activities using the company sales CRM to track performance.
