Wayne Homes is seeking a New Home Consultant to guide customers in selecting Wayne Homes floor plans and customizing them for a personal fit. You will generate sales, build relationships, and present model homes in a friendly, knowledgeable way.

You’ll work full-time including weekends with two consecutive days off during the week. The role offers growth opportunities, tuition assistance, and a company-paid benefits package.

Responsabilités

• Generate sales to meet sales goals and earn compensation.
• Maintain notes and updates in the sales system.
• Conduct customer meetings in person or via video.
• Educate customers using sales, construction, and marketing tools.
• Create custom drawings and develop product knowledge.
• Maintain and stage models to help customers visualize spaces.
• Apply the 3 Steps to Great Service method.
• Deliver extra touches to enhance customer experience.
• Pursue continual learning and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager to plan future sales
