The role combines sales, design, and customer service to create personalized home solutions. Applicants should be driven, flexible, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment with weekends required.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales to meet goals and drive income.
• Maintain notes and updates in the sales system.
• Conduct customer meetings in person or virtual.

• Create custom drawings to fit customer needs.
• Build product knowledge of Wayne Homes offerings.
• Maintain attractive model homes and perform daily model walks.
