Wayne Homes in Ohio is seeking a New Home Consultant to guide customers in understanding and selecting Wayne Homes floor plans, and to help customize plans for a perfectly personalized home.

As the first impression for many buyers, you’ll meet with clients in person or virtually, educate them about options, and create custom drawings. Full-time with two consecutive days off; model centers are closed on major holidays.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Generate sales to meet goals and be paid accordingly.
• Maintain thorough notes in the sales system about customers.
• Conduct customer meetings in person or via video.
• Use sales, construction, and marketing tools to educate customers.
• Create custom drawings based on customer needs and wants.
• Develop product knowledge of all offered products, including warranties and installation.
• Keep models looking great with daily model walks.
• Follow the 3 Steps to Great Service method.
• Go the extra mile with small, thoughtful touches.
• Engage in continual learning and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to plan for future sales.
