Wayne Homes seeks a New Home Consultant in Ohio to guide home buyers through understanding Wayne Homes floor plans, customize options, and create a personalized home-buying experience.

You will work full-time including weekends with two consecutive days off during the week; Model Home Centers close on major holidays. You’ll be the first impression for Wayne Homes, delivering a positive, well-informed, and helpful customer experience.

Aufgaben

• Generate sales to meet sales goals – we want to make sure you get paid!
• Maintain thorough notes and updates in the sales system about your customers
• Conduct customer meetings – in person or virtual
• Effectively utilize sales, construction, and marketing tools to educate customers
• Create custom drawings for customers based on their needs and wants
• Develop robust product knowledge of all offerings – including specs, warranties, installation techniques, etc.
• Maintain models to help customers visualize spaces with daily model walks
• Use the 3 Steps to Great Service method
• Go the extra mile for customers with small, meaningful touches
• Continue learning and growth opportunities with the company
• Work with Sales Manager to track, project, and plan future sales
• Be a driven individual with limitless earning potential
• Maintain a stable work history and willingness to adapt
• Organize and pay attention to details
• Show resilience and determination to succeed
