Wayne Homes in Ohio is seeking a New Home Consultant to guide customers in understanding what they need and want in a home, helping them select a Wayne Homes floor plan and customize it for a perfect fit.

You will work full-time including weekends with two consecutive workdays off; model home centers close on major holidays. You’ll be the first impression for Wayne Homes, using your product knowledge to educate customers and drive sales.

Formación

• Experience in sales preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers.

Responsabilidades

• Generate sales to meet goals and targets.
• Maintain notes and updates in the sales system about customers.
• Conduct customer meetings in person or virtually.
• Educate customers using sales, construction, and marketing tools.
• Create custom drawings for customers based on their needs.
• Develop strong product knowledge of all offerings.
• Maintain model homes to help customers visualize spaces.
• Find opportunities for continued learning and growth.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to track and plan for future sales.
