Job summary

Wayne Homes is seeking a New Home Consultant in Ohio to guide customers through selecting Wayne Homes floor plans and customizing designs for a personalized fit. You’ll be the first impression for many buyers, combining a positive, well-informed, and organized approach to help clients find the perfect home.

You’ll work full-time, including weekends, with two consecutive days off during the week. Expect to use cameras for virtual meetings and collaborate with sales, construction, and marketing

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred
• Stable work history

Responsibilities

• Generate sales to meet goals and earn commission
• Maintain thorough notes in the sales system
• Conduct customer meetings in person or virtual
• Educate customers on products and warranties using sales, construction, and marketing tools
• Create custom drawings for customers
• Develop product knowledge for all offerings
• Maintain model homes for visualization
• Track and plan future sales with the Sales Manager
• Pursue continual learning and growth opportunities
