Crunch Fitness Powered by JEM Wellness Brands in Wisconsin is seeking a Personal Training Manager to lead our fitness team, drive personal training sales, and deliver a top-tier client journey. You will recruit and develop trainers, manage the front-end sales process, and ensure program quality with science-based, personalized training.

A background in fitness leadership, CPR/AED certification, and nationally accredited PT certs is required, with bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have personal training experience.
• Strong knowledge of PT program design.
• CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Nationally accredited personal training certification required within 90 days.
• Ability to coach teams and lead groups with high member service standards.
• Pre-employment background check required.

Responsibilities

• Drive PT sales and client engagement through CrunchOne Kickoffs (C1KOs).
• Coach trainers to improve consultative selling and assumptive close techniques.
• Own the Client Journey, especially the first 90 days.
• Manage scheduling speed and KPI-driven improvement plans.
• Oversee program quality and accurate PT service administration.
• Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing PT team.
