Job summary

JEM Wellness Brands, Crunch Fitness Powered by JEM, seeks a Personal Training Manager to lead the PT team, drive member sales, and ensure high-quality, science-based training. You will oversee client journeys, kickoff processes, and departmental growth while upholding the brand’s values of Resilience, Service, Transformation, and Excellence.

The role requires strong leadership, fitness expertise, and a proven ability to manage sales and programs; a HIIT-ready capability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: Personal training experience and strong program design knowledge.
• CPR/AED certification required or obtain within 30 days of hire; nationally accredited PT certification required within 90 days.
• Must be able to coach teams, lead groups, and uphold member service standards.
• Proven sales ability with strong communication and rapport-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Personal Training program to drive member engagement and revenue growth.
• Manage front-end sales processes and PT operations to ensure timely client onboarding.
• Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team of Personal Trainers.
• Build weekly schedules aligned to KPIs and partner with GM on PT strategy and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with Crunch/JEM standards and program quality.
