Job summary

Genesis Health Clubs in Clive, IA is seeking a leader to oversee all aspects of the Personal Training department, including recruiting, scheduling and training staff, and driving profitability and member satisfaction.

You will partner with the Club Manager, ensure compliance with staff policies, manage reports, and maintain equipment and safety standards while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Must hold a national recognized personal training certification and CPR certification.
• Experience leading a personal training team and coordinating staff schedules is preferred.
• Ability to recruit, hire, train and develop staff and deliver high member satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Personal Training department for a designated Genesis location.
• Recruit, hire, schedule and train new personal trainers.
• Ensure profitability of the personal training program and monitor department goals.
• Follow up with new members and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Regularly meet with Club Manager to maintain club operations.
• Prepare profitability/goal reports weekly and monthly.
