Genesis Health Clubs in West Des Moines, IA is seeking an experienced leader to oversee all aspects of the Personal Training department at the designated location. You will recruit, hire, schedule, and train personal trainers, ensuring the profitability of the program and high member satisfaction.

The role requires regular reporting, collaboration with the Club Manager, maintenance of records and equipment, and the development of staff through training activities.

Qualifications

• Must hold a nationally recognized personal training certification.
• CPR certification required.
• Available to work weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Personal Training department for the location.
• Recruit, hire, schedule, and train personal trainers.
• Ensure profitability of the personal training program.
• Track and report new member consultations and training sessions.
• Meet with Club Manager to align operations and goals.
• Maintain equipment and update tracking systems.
