Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Longview, TX seeks a Personal Training Manager to lead a high-performance team of certified Personal Trainers and Trainers Sales Consultants. You’ll drive client acquisition, retention, and PT sales while ensuring top-quality service and compliance.

You will hire, train, and coach staff, oversee the CrunchOne Kickoff, and manage programming, supplements, and progress tracking. A fast-paced, customer-focused, no-judgments culture awaits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a personal trainer.
• Experience executing plans and managing KPIs.
• Experience managing and leading a team of 3-10 employees.
• Solid understanding of fitness industry, market and key business drivers.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage performance of a team of Personal Trainers and Personal Training Sales Consultants.
• Assist in the development and fitness expertise of all Crunch team members.
• Meet new client acquisition and existing client retention targets for the club.
• Coach and guide direct reports on how to engage, prescribe, acquire, and retain clients.
• Conduct 1:1 meetings to review performance and motivate.
• Administer CrunchOne Kickoff experience and KPI tracking.
• Maintain accurate reporting and data for insights into department performance.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to member inquiries within 24 hours.
• Report to the Managing Partner on key results and action plans.
• Maintain certification records and ensure labor controls and integrity.
