Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Personal Training Manager to lead a high-performance team and drive member growth within a fast-expanding Texas franchise. You will hire, train, and coach certified trainers and sales staff, ensuring exceptional client experiences and club results.

You’ll manage Kickoff experiences, client programming, supplements, and progress tracking, while collaborating with leadership to align with business goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a personal trainer.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Experience leading a team of 3-10 employees preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage performance of a team of Personal Trainers and Sales Consultants.
• Oversee the CrunchOne Kickoff experience and PT services administration.
• Coach staff to acquire and retain clients and achieve club goals.
• Maintain accurate reporting and data for department performance.
• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure compliance across training activities.
