Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Personal Training Manager to lead a high-performance team of certified Personal Trainers and Sales Consultants. You will hire, train, and coach staff, drive client acquisition and retention, and ensure top-quality PT services and customer experience.

You will oversee the CrunchOne Kickoff experience, club operations related to PT, and collaborate with club leadership to meet goals.

Qualifications

• Lead, develop, and support a team of certified Personal Trainers and Personal Training Sales Consultants to deliver results for members.
• Hire, train, and manage performance of PT staff and Sales Consultants.
• Coach and guide direct reports on client engagement, programming, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage performance of a team of Personal Trainers and Personal Training Sales Consultants.
• Assist in the development and fitness expertise of Crunch team members.
• Meet new client acquisition and existing client retention targets.
• Coach and guide staff on engaging, prescribing, acquiring, and retaining clients.
• Conduct 1:1 meetings to review performance and set goals.
• Administer the CrunchOne Kickoff experience and PT services.
• Drive Kickoff appointments to hit weekly/monthly targets.
• Maintain PT services accuracy (programs, supplements, progress).
• Maintain reporting and data for department performance.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond within 24 hours.
• Report to Managing Partner and Market PTM on results and plans.
• Maintain time clocks and training certification records.
