Crunch Fitness – Undefeated Tribe seeks a results‑oriented Personal Training Manager to lead a high‑performance team in a fast‑growing franchise. You will hire, train, and coach Personal Trainers and Sales Consultants, driving client acquisition and retention while ensuring top‑quality service across programming and progress tracking.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a personal trainer.
• Experience executing plans and managing KPIs.
• Experience managing and leading a team of 3-10 employees.
• CPR/AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage performance of a team of qualified Personal Trainers and Personal Training Sales Consultants.
• Meet new client acquisition and existing client retention targets for the club.
• Oversee the CrunchOne Kickoff experience and client programming, supplements, and progress tracking.
• Maintain accurate reporting and data for insights into department performance.
