Job summary

Crunch Fitness – Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Personal Training Manager to lead and develop a high‑performing PT team while driving client acquisition and retention. You will oversee PT services, coaching, and program delivery, ensuring exceptional member experiences and club performance.

Candidate will hire, train, and manage a team of trainers and sales consultants, maintain program accuracy, and report KPIs to leadership. This role requires strong coaching and customer‑facing skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a personal trainer.
• Experience executing plans and managing KPIs.
• Experience managing and leading a team of 3–10 employees.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage performance of a team of qualified Personal Trainers and Personal Training Sales Consultants.
• Assist in the development and fitness expertise of all Crunch team members.
• Meet new client acquisition and existing client retention targets for the club.
• Coach and guide direct reports on how to engage, prescribe, acquire, and retain clients.
• Conduct 1:1 meetings with direct reports to review performance and motivate.
