Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Dallas is seeking a hands-on Personal Training Manager to lead a team of certified Personal Trainers and Personal Training Sales Consultants, drive client acquisition, retention, and deliver exceptional member results.

You will hire, train, and coach staff, manage KPIs and scheduling, oversee the CrunchOne Kickoff, ensure accurate programming and progress tracking, and partner with club leadership to sustain a welcoming, high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a personal trainer.
• Experience managing KPIs.
• Experience leading a team of 3-10 employees.
• CPR/AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and support a team of certified Personal Trainers and Personal Training Sales Consultants.
• Hire, train, and manage performance of staff; coach to acquire and retain clients.
• Meet new client acquisition and retention targets; drive PT sales.
• Oversee CrunchOne Kickoff and ensure accurate administration of PT services and progress tracking.
• Maintain reporting and data to inform department performance.
