Crunch Fitness – Undefeated Tribe in Tulsa, OK, is seeking a Personal Training Manager to lead a high-performance team of trainers and sales consultants. You will hire, train, and coach staff, drive client acquisition and retention, and ensure top-notch PT programming and customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a personal trainer
• Experience executing plans and managing KPIs
• Experience leading a team of 3–10 employees
• CPR/AED certification (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage performance of a team of qualified Personal Trainers and Personal Training Sales Consultants
• Assist in the development and fitness expertise of all Crunch team members
• Meet new client acquisition and existing client retention targets for the club
• Coach and guide direct reports on how to engage, prescribe, acquire, and retain clients
• Conduct 1:1 meetings with direct reports to review performance, motivate, and guide to achieving goals
• Administer and manage the CrunchOne Kickoff experience to acquire personal training clients
• Drive Kickoff appointments and achieve weekly/monthly new client targets
• Ensure accurate administration of PT services including progression tracking and supplements
