Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Texas seeks a Personal Training Manager to lead certified trainers and sales consultants, hire, train, and manage staff, and drive client acquisition and retention while meeting club goals.

You will oversee the Kickoff experience, administer PT services, maintain progress tracking, and ensure compliance. A passion for running a high-performance, high-care culture is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a personal trainer required.
• Experience executing plans and managing KPIs.
• Experience managing and leading a team of 3-10 employees preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Certification required by Nationally Accredited Certifications (ACSM, NASM, ACE, CSCS, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage performance of a team of qualified Personal Trainers and Personal Training Sales Consultants.
• Assist in development and fitness expertise of Crunch team members.
• Meet new client acquisition and existing client retention targets for the club.
• Coach and guide direct reports on how to engage, prescribe, acquire, and retain clients.
• Conduct 1:1 meetings with direct reports to review performance, motivate, and guide to goals.
• Administer CrunchOne Kickoff and PT services including client programming and progress tracking.
• Maintain accurate reporting and data for insights into department performance.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to member inquiries within 24 hours.
• Report to Managing Partner and Market PTM on key results and action plans.
• Maintain time clock and session utilization records for labor controls and integrity.
• Maintain certification records of all personal training staff.
