Crunch Fitness – Undefeated Tribe in Texas is seeking a Personal Training Manager to lead a high‑performing team of trainers and sales consultants.

You’ll hire, train, coach, and manage staff, drive client acquisition and retention, oversee the Kickoff, and ensure accurate programming and progress tracking.

With 3+ years as a trainer, KPI experience, and CPR certification, you’ll foster a welcoming culture and help accelerate growth in this fast‑growing franchise.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a personal trainer.
• Experience executing plans and managing KPIs.
• Experience managing and leading a team of 3-10 employees preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage performance of a team of qualified Personal Trainers and Personal Training Sales Consultants.
• Assist in the development and fitness expertise of all Crunch team members.
• Meet both new client acquisition and existing client retention targets for the club.
• Coach and guide direct reports on how to engage, prescribe, acquire, and retain clients.
• Conduct 1:1 meetings with direct reports to review performance, motivate, and guide to achieving individual and company goals.
• Administer and manage the CrunchOne Kickoff experience through demonstrating, coaching, and guiding with the goal of acquiring personal training clients.
• Ability to drive Crunch One Kickoff appointments and achieve weekly and monthly new client targets.
• Ensure accurate administration of PT services including, but not limited to, dotFIT program and supplements, client programming, and progress tracking.
• Maintain accurate reporting and data for insights into performance of the department.
