Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 Base + Commission per year

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission + Training Income – OTE $135,000+ Year One

What You’ll Do

• Lead the Training Department – oversee and develop a team of elite trainers who deliver world‑class results and service.
• Drive Sales Growth – own the training department’s revenue goals and coach your team to consistently hit them.
• Develop Talent – run weekly trainings, mentor new trainers, and implement systems that elevate performance across the board.
• Enforce Standards – be the example, set and uphold the standard for professionalism, client service, and results.
• Collaborate with Leadership – work closely with the GM and COO to grow the business, execute strategy, and create an unmatched member experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of personal training experience (NASM preferred)
• 2+ years of leadership or management experience in a fitness or performance setting
• Proven track record of driving sales and coaching others to hit sales goals
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable enforcing high standards and holding a team accountable
• Must be available for full‑time, in‑person leadership role at Iron Culture North Bergen.

Bonus Points For

• Background in strength and conditioning, bodybuilding, or athletic performance
• Experience building training programs or systems from scratch
