Iron Culture is seeking a skilled personal trainer to design and deliver personalized programs, track progress, and build strong client relationships. You will actively engage with members on the gym floor and maintain meticulous scheduling and records.
The role requires current CPT, 1+ year experience (3+ preferred), and a passion for helping clients achieve outcomes, with afternoon/evening and Saturday availability. Safety and certifications are emphasized.
If you're a skilled trainer who's tired of fighting for clients at a gym that doesn't support you, Iron Culture is worth a look. We're a multi-location brand built around serious training and a high‑end member experience. Our clients come in motivated, stay committed, and have the means to invest in their fitness. We take care of the sales process so you can focus on what you're good at.
You'll deliver one‑on‑one personal training sessions, build real relationships with members, and contribute to a gym culture that people genuinely want to be part of. We're not looking for someone to just fill hours, we want a trainer who takes pride in their craft and cares about client outcomes.
Our sales team manages prospect outreach and introductions. Your job is to convert curiosity into commitment through great training and consistent follow‑through. Trainers who also invest in visibility—developing a specialty, engaging with members on the floor, building referral relationships, or contributing to our social presence—tend to grow their books faster. We notice and reward that.
Iron Culture is a serious training environment built for people who take fitness seriously. If that's the kind of place you want to work, and build a career, we'd like to hear from you.
