Job summary

LONGVIEW CLUB 24 LLC in Longview, TX seeks an Assistant Personal Training Manager to support the Personal Training Manager, mentor new and existing trainers, and help acclimate staff to Club4Fitness programs while ensuring productive client consultations.

This role covers for the PTM when unavailable, leads onboarding, develops monthly trainer business plans, schedules clients, and helps maintain member engagement through social media and targeted fitness activities.

Qualifications

• Certified personal trainer with physiology knowledge and the ability to guide clients safely.
• CPR/AED certification and knowledge of exercise technique for diverse populations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate clients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PTM by mentoring new staff through onboarding activities and initial 30 days.
• Coach trainers on conducting effective client consultations and running productive sessions.
• Manage scheduling, floor hours, and monthly trainer business plans.
• Support social media efforts to promote the brand and member engagement.
• Fill in for PTM during absences and help drive revenue through training package sales.
