Job summary

Club4Fitness in Lafayette, LA seeks a PT Manager to recruit, hire, onboard, and mentor personal trainers while ensuring performance expectations of the CLUB4 Fitness program are met. This leader will disseminate policy changes clearly and support the growth of the personal training department.

The role requires coordinating onboarding, training staff on POS and client consultations, and driving client acquisition and retention through effective mentorship and KPI oversight.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with relevant private training experience.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Knowledge of physiology and exercise technique for diverse client populations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, onboard, and mentor personal trainers.
• Onboard new staff within 30 days and oversee ongoing mentorship.
• Train staff on sales, consultations, and client onboarding processes.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and club policy adherence.
• Coordinate with Personal Training Director on recruiting, training plans, and KPIs.
