Job summary

COPPELL CLUB 24 LLC is seeking an Assistant Personal Training Manager to mentor new and existing trainers, guide members through the Club4Fitness program, and train staff on productivity. The role covers for the Personal Training Manager when unavailable and requires a thorough understanding of all aspects of personal trainer duties.

Qualifications

• Experienced Personal Trainer with current certification.
• Ability to assess clients and adapt training programs.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to mentor/train staff and new personnel.

Responsibilities

• Instruct onboarding for new PT staff and guide in-club operations.
• Coach trainers on consultations and effective prospecting.
• Support PTM with scheduling, appointments, and revenue-driving activities.
• Perform session quality reviews and assist in training on Trainerize and social media duties.
• Cover for PTM when unavailable and maintain member engagement.
