Job summary

You will help coaches conduct client consultations, schedule trainings, review session quality, and ensure adherence to Club4Fitness policies while promoting revenue through personal training services.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Certified Personal Trainer with professional demeanor.
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• Ability to train clients across a range of fitness levels and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new personal training staff following the 30-day onboarding plan.
• Coach trainers on client consultations and program design.
• Assist PTM with scheduling, reporting, and monthly/weekly dashboards.
• Maintain session quality reviews and ensure policy adherence.
• Support on-floor mentoring and revenue-generating activities for PT services.
