Job summary

Qualifications

• Experienced certified PT with private client work.
• Ability to onboard and mentor staff effectively.
• Knowledge of fitness physiology and program guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provides onboarding activities and mentorship for new trainers.
• Schedules trainings to build knowledge of POS systems.
• Coaches trainers on effective consultations with clients.
• Drives prospecting and appointment efficiency within the department.
• Leads by example on policies and procedures for PT teams.
• Conducts session quality reviews and assigns clients to trainers.
• Supports sales strategies and new member engagement with leadership.
• Performs monthly consults and tracks KPI alignment with targets.
• Trains staff on monthly business plans and reporting.
• Assists with grand openings and club visits as needed.
