Job summary

LONGVIEW CLUB 24 LLC is seeking a Club4Fitness PT Manager to recruit, hire, onboard, and mentor personal trainers, ensuring adherence to performance standards and club policies. The role drives growth in the personal training program and oversees onboarding sequences for new hires.

The manager coaches trainers in consultations, sales strategies, and KPI attainment, while coordinating with the PT Director to optimize staffing, scheduling, and client engagement across CLUB4 facilities.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with current certification
• CPR/AED certification required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience in personal training sales is a plus
• Ability to mentor and lead a team of trainers

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, and mentor new and existing trainers
• Onboard staff with a 30-day plan
• Schedule trainings to ensure knowledge of POS systems
• Coach trainers on consultations and client prospecting
• Lead staff to follow club policies and procedures
• Support sales strategies and monthly KPI achievement
• Conduct regular quality reviews of trainers and client binders
• Prepare reports and assignments for PT Director
• Maintain high level of customer service with members and staff
