Qualifications

• Experienced Certified Personal Trainer with previous experience.
• Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics to assess and guide functional training.
• Ability to pass a Personal Training Strength and Conditioning Assessment.
• Detail- and results-oriented with professionalism and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; social media presence is valued.
• CPR/AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist PTM by onboarding new personal training staff (first 30 days).
• Help trainers develop knowledge of Peak/ABC and membership sales systems.
• Coach trainers on effective client consultations and shadow sessions to assess proficiency.
• Support appointment setting and lead generation within the department.
• Ensure trainers follow policies, procedures, and cancellation/freeze rules.
• Conduct session quality reviews and assist in scheduling and reporting.
• Assist PTM with Trainerize and social media responsibilities.
• Fill trainer schedules with clients and help develop monthly business plans.
